How To Pay Traffic Tickets

Most of the information that you need in order to pay a traffic ticket issued by the Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office is contained right on the ticket itself, so please review the information carefully. There is a 20 day payment period on any payable citation, unless otherwise specified. If you elect to dispute or otherwise not resolve a traffic citation by payment within the specified period, a summons with a predetermined court date is provided on the ticket. Court appearance on that date is mandatory, unless you have made prior arrangements with the District Attorney to reschedule your pre-assigned court date.

When submitting a payment, please include a copy of the ticket or put the case number on your payment for prompt crediting to your file.
